Wine Club Terms and conditions

Applies to wine club memberships at Danza del Sol Winery and Masia de la Vinya Winery, both part of Kentina Hospitality.
1. Overview
Danza del Sol Winery and Masia de la Vinya Winery each operate wine club membership programs for guests who wish to receive regular shipments of handcrafted Temecula Valley wines. These Wine Club Terms and Conditions govern all memberships at both wineries. Where terms differ between the two programs, the difference is noted clearly.
By enrolling in any Kentina Hospitality wine club program, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Eligibility
Wine club membership is open to individuals who:
- Are 21 years of age or older
- Reside in a state that permits direct-to-consumer wine shipments, or who elect will-call pickup at the winery
- Hold a valid credit or debit card that can be kept on file for recurring charges
By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
3. Membership Tiers
Danza del Sol Winery Wine Club
Danza del Sol Winery: The following applies specifically to this property.
Danza del Sol Winery offers three membership tiers based on wine preference:
- Red Club: 3 bottles of red Danza del Sol wines per quarterly shipment
- White Club: 3 bottles of white Danza del Sol wines per quarterly shipment
- Mixed Club: 3 bottles of red and white Danza del Sol wines per quarterly shipment
Shipments occur four times per year: March, June, September, and December. The typical cost per quarterly shipment is between $85 and $110, plus applicable tax and shipping charges.
There is no fee to join. Members commit to a minimum of four shipments (one full year, totaling 12 bottles) before cancellation without penalty. Early cancellation before the four-shipment minimum is fulfilled incurs a $75 early cancellation fee.
Masia de la Vinya Winery Wine Club
Masia de la Vinya Winery: The following applies specifically to this property.
Masia de la Vinya Winery offers multiple membership tiers including sparkling, sweet, and mixed wine options. Shipments occur six times per year: January, March, May, July, September, and November.

4. Member Benefits

- 2 complimentary tastings per visit (member plus one guest)
- 50% discount on two additional guests per visit
- 20% discount on wine purchases
- 25% discount on case purchases
- 10% discount on merchandise
- Invitation to quarterly pick-up parties
- Access to special events by invitation only
Masia de la Vinya Winery Member Benefits
Current member benefits are published at masiadelavinya.com/wine-club. Benefits are subject to change. Members will be notified of material changes to their benefit structure before the next billing cycle.
5. Billing
Danza del Sol Winery Billing Schedule
Danza del Sol Winery: The following applies specifically to this property.
Credit cards are charged on the 1st of each shipment month (March, June, September, and December). Packages ship on approximately the 5th of each shipment month. Will-call packages are available for pickup beginning on the 1st of the shipment month.
Members receive the following notifications before each shipment:
- Approximately 25 days prior: advance shipment notification with wine selection information
- Approximately 14 days prior to billing: reminder email
- Upon billing: order confirmation with shipment details
- Shipments process approximately 8 to 10 days after billing
Masia de la Vinya Winery Billing Schedule
Masia de la Vinya Winery: The following applies specifically to this property.
Billing and shipment dates follow a bi-monthly schedule: January, March, May, July, September, and November. Specific billing and shipment dates are communicated to members prior to each release. Contact wineclub@masiadelavinya.com for the current shipment schedule.
6. Shipping and Will-Call Pickup
Members may elect to have their wine shipped or may choose will-call pickup at the winery tasting room.
Shipped orders are subject to the Shipping Policy published at each winery website. Key terms:
- FedEx Ground is the preferred carrier for both wineries
- All shipments require an adult signature (21+) at delivery
- Wine cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- Shipping is not available to all states. See the Shipping Policy for the current authorized state list
- Weather holds may be applied during extreme heat or cold to protect wine quality
Will-call pickup is available at each winery during regular tasting room hours:
- Danza del Sol Winery: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, seven days a week. Members have 60 days from notification to pick up. Unclaimed shipments return to stock after the pickup deadline
- Masia de la Vinya Winery: Sunday through Friday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Contact wineclub@masiadelavinya.com for will-call details
7. Account Management
Written notification is required for all changes to membership information, including name, shipping address, and credit card details. Notification should be submitted by the 20th of the month prior to the next scheduled shipment to avoid charges to incorrect cards or shipments to incorrect addresses.
The winery is not responsible for charges applied to incorrect credit cards or shipments sent to incorrect addresses if notification is not received before the shipment processes.

8. Cancellation
Danza del Sol Winery
Danza del Sol Winery: The following applies specifically to this property.
Members may cancel at any time after completing the minimum four-shipment commitment. Cancellation requests must be received at least 30 days before the billing date for the next scheduled shipment. Cancellations received after that date may result in the final shipment being processed and charged before cancellation takes effect.
Cancellation may be submitted by email to wineclub@danzadelsolwinery.com or in person by completing a cancellation form in the tasting room.
Early cancellation before completing four shipments incurs a $75 early cancellation fee.

Masia de la Vinya Winery

Members may cancel at any time. Cancellation requests must be received at least 30 days before the billing date for the next scheduled shipment. Cancellations received after that date may result in the next shipment being processed and charged before cancellation takes effect.

9. Membership Hold
Danza del Sol Winery: The following applies specifically to this property.
Danza del Sol Winery members may place their account on hold for a maximum of two consecutive wine club shipments per calendar year. To request a hold, contact the wine club department before the 20th of the month prior to the shipment you wish to skip.
Important terms that apply during a hold:
- All wine club member benefits, including tasting discounts and event invitations, are paused for the duration of the hold
- Benefits resume automatically when the account becomes active again
- A hold does not count toward the four-shipment minimum commitment
- Members may not place a hold and cancel simultaneously to avoid the minimum commitment or early cancellation fee

10. Returns and Defective Wine
Wine club members who receive a corked or flawed bottle should contact the applicable winery within 3 days of receipt. The winery will arrange replacement or refund upon return of the unfinished portion. Processed and fulfilled wine club shipments are otherwise non-refundable.
Refunds are not available for unclaimed will-call shipments that have passed the pickup deadline.
11. Personal Use Only
All wine received through Kentina Hospitality wine club memberships is for the member’s personal consumption only. Resale of wine received through a wine club without the appropriate California ABC and federal TTB licenses is prohibited by law.
12. Modifications to These Terms
Kentina Hospitality reserves the right to modify these Wine Club Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes before the next billing cycle. Continued participation in the wine club after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
