Kentina Hospitality (“Kentina Hospitality,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is owned and operated by Ken and Tina Smith and encompasses five distinct hospitality properties in Temecula Valley, California: Danza del Sol Winery, Masia de la Vinya Winery, Galway Downs, Native Falls, and Cross Creek Golf Club.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you provide when visiting our websites, booking accommodations or events, engaging our services, purchasing our products, including wine, joining a wine club, or otherwise interacting with any Kentina Hospitality property.

We may use third-party age verification services to confirm legal drinking age at the point of online purchase. Wine Club Membership Data
Danza del Sol Winery & Masia de la Vinya Winery: The following provisions apply specifically to Kentina Hospitality’s two licensed California winery properties and their direct-to-consumer wine programs.
If you enroll in a Danza del Sol Winery or Masia de la Vinya Winery wine club program, we collect and maintain membership details including your wine preferences, shipment history, billing and shipping addresses, membership tier, opt-in and opt-out records, and membership status. This data is used exclusively to administer your membership and to fulfill shipments.

4. Age Verification and Alcohol Purchases
Danza del Sol Winery & Masia de la Vinya Winery: The following provisions apply specifically to Kentina Hospitality’s two licensed California winery properties and their direct-to-consumer wine programs.
All online purchases of wine or other alcoholic products from Danza del Sol Winery and Masia de la Vinya Winery are restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older. By placing an order for wine, enrolling in a wine club, or purchasing any alcoholic beverage through our websites, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.
Online Age Verification
We employ age verification at the point of purchase for all online alcohol transactions. This may include:
Date of birth entry and validation at checkout
Third-party age verification service integration
Affirmative age confirmation checkboxes
Providing false age information to obtain alcohol is illegal. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe the purchaser is under 21 years of age.
Delivery and Signature Requirements
In compliance with California law and carrier requirements, all wine shipments require an adult signature at delivery. Delivery carriers will verify the recipient is 21 years of age or older and will not leave packages without an adult signature and valid government-issued identification. We strongly recommend shipping to a business address where an adult is regularly available to sign for packages.
All wine containers shipped by Danza del Sol Winery and Masia de la Vinya Winery are conspicuously labeled “CONTAINS ALCOHOL: SIGNATURE OF PERSON AGE 21 YEARS OR OLDER REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY,” as required by California law. Bottles also carry a “CA CRV” California Redemption Value marking in compliance with the California Beverage Container Recycling and Litter Reduction Act (Bottle Bill), as updated by AB 720, with mandatory labeling compliance required on all new production by July 1, 2026.
Shipping Restrictions
Wine shipments from Danza del Sol Winery and Masia de la Vinya Winery are subject to state and local laws governing direct-to-consumer alcohol delivery. We are currently authorized to ship wine to states that permit direct-to-consumer wine shipments. It is your responsibility to verify that inbound direct-to-consumer alcohol shipments are permitted in your jurisdiction before placing an order. We reserve the right to decline orders destined for states or localities where such shipments are prohibited.
Responsible Service
Kentina Hospitality is committed to responsible alcohol service across all properties. All staff members over the age of 21 at Danza del Sol Winery and Masia de la Vinya Winery are required to maintain a valid California state-approved Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification, in compliance with California law applicable since 2022. We do not serve or ship alcohol to visibly intoxicated individuals.
5. Wine Club Membership
Danza del Sol Winery & Masia de la Vinya Winery: The following provisions apply specifically to Kentina Hospitality’s two licensed California winery properties and their direct-to-consumer wine programs.
Danza del Sol Winery and Masia de la Vinya Winery offer wine club membership programs. By enrolling in any wine club program, you agree to the following terms, which form part of this Privacy Policy and are incorporated herein.
Membership Enrollment
Enrollment requires affirmative consent, confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older, and authorization to charge the credit or debit card on file for recurring wine shipments, applicable shipping charges, taxes, and fees. Membership is currently available to consumers in states where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is permitted.
Automatic Shipments and Billing
By enrolling, you authorize Kentina Hospitality to charge your payment method on file for each scheduled wine club release, including applicable shipping, taxes, and processing fees.
Our wine club shipment notification process is as follows:
Approximately 25 days prior to each club shipment, members receive an advance notification with shipment information
Approximately 14 days prior to billing, members receive a reminder email
Once the shipment is billed, members receive an order confirmation
Shipments are scheduled to process approximately 8 to 10 days after billing
Charges will process on the dates communicated at enrollment or as subsequently updated and communicated to you in writing.
Cancellation
You may cancel your wine club membership by contacting the applicable winery at least 30 days prior to the billing date for the next scheduled wine club release. Cancellations received less than 30 days before billing may take effect for the following release. We do not offer refunds on already-processed shipments except as required by law.

Returned Shipments
If a wine shipment is returned because no adult was available to sign, because the address provided was incorrect, or because delivery was refused, you may be responsible for reshipment fees. We will contact you to arrange redelivery. Shipments may be delayed during periods of extreme weather to protect wine quality.
Wine for Personal Use Only
Wine provided through Danza del Sol Winery and Masia de la Vinya Winery wine club memberships and online purchases is for personal consumption only and may not be resold. Resale of wine received through a wine club or direct purchase without the appropriate alcohol license is prohibited under California and federal law.
6. SMS Communications and Mobile Privacy
If you provide your mobile phone number to Kentina Hospitality, you may receive SMS communications from us only where SMS communications are currently offered and where you have provided the required consent.
Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By submitting your mobile number through our websites, scheduling tools, in-person forms, reservation systems, or other consent mechanisms, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from us where applicable. These messages may include transactional, account-related, customer support, or service-related communications connected to your interaction with Kentina Hospitality properties.
Kentina Hospitality does not currently offer SMS notifications for wine club shipments, alcohol-related order updates, or alcohol-related promotional or marketing communications for Danza del Sol Winery or Masia de la Vinya Winery.
If Kentina Hospitality implements alcohol-related SMS communications in the future, including wine club shipment notifications or promotional messages related to alcoholic beverages, such programs will be reviewed for compliance with applicable alcohol advertising rules, TCPA requirements, A2P 10DLC registration requirements, CTIA messaging standards, carrier guidelines, California ABC requirements, and applicable state privacy laws before launch.
Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our business. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Where required by law or carrier guidelines, we may implement a double opt-in confirmation process.
Opt-Out Instructions

7. Hospitality Bookings, Cancellations, and Refunds
Kentina Hospitality operates lodging and event venue properties including Galway Downs, Native Falls, and Cross Creek Golf Club. The following applies to all bookings made through our websites or directly with our properties.
24-Hour Cancellation Right
In accordance with California Senate Bill 644, effective July 1, 2024, guests who book accommodations at Kentina Hospitality properties located in California have the right to cancel their reservation within 24 hours of receiving booking confirmation and receive a full refund, provided the reservation was made at least 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.
Standard Cancellation Policy
Beyond the 24-hour window described above, cancellation policies vary by property and rate type and will be disclosed at the time of booking. Non-refundable rates are clearly identified prior to purchase. Cancellations made outside of the permitted window may result in forfeiture of deposits or the full booking amount, as disclosed at the time of reservation.
Force Majeure
Kentina Hospitality is not liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications to bookings caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, public health emergencies, severe weather, or acts of God. In such cases, we will work with guests in good faith to reschedule or provide credit as circumstances permit.
Event and Venue Bookings
Private events, tasting room reservations, equestrian events, and venue hire at all Kentina Hospitality properties are subject to separate event agreements. Deposits for private events are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the executed event agreement. Final attendance numbers and minimum spend requirements will be communicated in writing and must be confirmed within the timelines set forth in your event agreement.
8. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Advertising
Our websites may use cookies, tracking pixels, and similar technologies to analyze website traffic, improve functionality, measure advertising effectiveness, and conduct retargeting or behavioral advertising. These technologies may be provided by third-party platforms such as analytics providers, advertising networks, or social media platforms.
If we engage in cross-context behavioral advertising or retargeting, we will process such data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and provide legally required opt-out mechanisms. Users may manage cookie preferences through browser settings or via consent management tools where available.

However, no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Our services, websites, and all products, including wine and alcohol-related programs operated by Danza del Sol Winery and Masia de la Vinya Winery, are not directed to individuals under the age of 21. Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy or your interaction with Kentina Hospitality properties will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Riverside County, California, except where prohibited by law. Nothing in this section limits your right to file a complaint with applicable regulatory agencies, including the California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA) or the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC).

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected by revising the “Last Updated” date above. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or prominent website notice where required.
