25 Days of Giveaways

The 25 Days of Giveaways (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Kentina Business Holdings, LLC (“Sponsor”), the parent entity of the Kentina Hospitality portfolio, which includes Danza del Sol Winery, Masia de la Vinya, Native Falls, Cross Creek Golf Club, and Galway Downs.

• Promotion Period

The Promotion runs for twenty-five consecutive days beginning July 6th. A new giveaway is announced on each day of the Promotion Period on Sponsor’s official social media channels. Each daily giveaway has its own entry window, opening and closing at the times stated in that day’s announcement. All times are Pacific Time. Entries submitted outside a giveaway’s stated entry window will not be eligible for that giveaway.

• Eligibility

• Entrants must be legal residents of the United States residing in California at the time of entry.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Any prize that includes wine tasting, alcohol, or an alcohol-inclusive experience is restricted to entrants 21 years of age or older, and valid government-issued photo identification is required to claim it.
• Employees, officers, and contractors of Sponsor and of Marketing Empire Group, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible to win.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

• How to Enter

To enter a daily giveaway, follow the entry instructions posted in that day’s announcement on Sponsor’s official social media channel. Entry methods may include liking the post, following the account, tagging others in the comments, sharing the post, or completing an entry form linked in the post.

No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing a Kentina Passport membership, an experience, or any other product does not improve an entrant’s chance of winning. Where an entry method would otherwise require a purchase, a free alternate method of entry is available by sending an email to the address in Section 12 with the entrant’s full name, the specific daily giveaway, and a statement requesting entry, during that giveaway’s entry window.

• Limit one entry per person per daily giveaway unless the specific giveaway announcement states otherwise.
• Entries generated by script, bot, or automated means are void. Incomplete entries and entries not following the posted instructions are void.

• Winner Selection and Notification

Unless a specific giveaway announcement states a different method, winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during that giveaway’s entry window. The drawing for each daily giveaway is conducted by Sponsor within a commercially reasonable time after that giveaway closes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Each winner is notified using the contact information associated with their entry, which may include a direct message or reply on the entry platform or an email. A winner must respond and confirm eligibility within the time stated in the notification. If a selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

• Prizes

Each daily giveaway awards the prize described in that day’s announcement. The number of winners, the prize, and its approximate retail value are stated in each daily announcement. Prizes are awarded as-is, are non-transferable, and cannot be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

• Any prize element that includes alcohol or a wine-tasting experience is subject to the 21-and-over requirement and identification check in Section 3, and to Sponsor’s alcohol-compliance and responsible-service policies.
• Winners are solely responsible for all taxes on prizes. Where the value of a prize requires it, Sponsor may require a winner to complete a tax form before the prize is awarded.
• Prizes are fulfilled by Sponsor. Passport memberships or experiences awarded as prizes are subject to the applicable Kentina Passport and experience terms.

• Publicity and Content Rights

Except where prohibited, by entering, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use the entrant’s name, city and state, and any content the entrant submits as part of entry, for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation. If an entrant submits photos, video, or other content as an entry method, the entrant confirms it is their original content and that they have the right to grant this permission.

• Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform on which it runs, including Meta, Instagram, or any other platform. Entrants release those platforms from any liability related to the Promotion. Any questions about the Promotion should be directed to Sponsor, not to the platform.

• Sponsor’s Right to Modify, Suspend, or Cancel

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion or any daily giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the fair operation of the Promotion, or as required by law. If a giveaway is canceled before a winner is selected, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select a winner from eligible entries received before the cancellation.

• Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release Sponsor and Marketing Empire Group, and their respective officers, employees, and contractors, from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

• Governing Law and Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute relating to the Promotion is subject to the dispute-resolution process stated in Sponsor’s Website Terms and Conditions, and venue lies in Riverside County, California.
