Experience Package Terms

Applies to all experience packages across the Kentina Hospitality portfolio.

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms governing your Kentina Hospitality experience package.

Eligibility

Purchasers must be 18 years of age or older. Experience packages that include wine tastings or alcohol service require a valid government-issued ID confirming you are 21 or older. ID will be verified upon arrival at the property.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation windows vary by package type:

  • Wine tasting packages: cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation to avoid a per-person fee.
  • Lodging packages (Native Falls, Galway Downs): cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, provided your stay is at least 72 hours away. See our full Refunds Policy for tiered terms beyond the 24-hour window.
  • Golf packages (Cross Creek Golf Club): cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations may be charged the full rate.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@kentinahospitality.com or by contacting the applicable property directly.

Refunds

Completed experiences are non-refundable. Partial refunds are not issued for unused portions of a package (e.g., a course of a tasting, a night of a stay). Where a cancellation qualifies for a refund under the terms above, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 30 days.

Non-Transferability

Experience packages are non-transferable and have no cash value. They may not be resold, gifted to a third party, or redeemed for cash. Packages must be used by the named purchaser or guests in the same booking party.

Expiration

Experience packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated at checkout. Expired packages are not eligible for refund, extension, or exchange.

Outdoor Experiences & Weather

Some experiences at Native Falls or other outdoor areas of the Kentina portfolio are weather-dependent. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, Kentina Hospitality will contact you to reschedule at no penalty. We are not liable for weather conditions outside our control.

On-Property Conduct

All guests are expected to follow property rules and the direction of Kentina staff. Guests who are visibly intoxicated will not receive alcohol service per California ABC regulations. Kentina Hospitality reserves the right to remove any guest for disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior without refund.

Kentina Passport Subscription Terms

Applies to all Kentina Passport membership tiers: Explorer, Voyager, and Connoisseur.

By purchasing or renewing a Kentina Passport membership, you agree to the following subscription terms. Please read them before completing your purchase.

Subscription & Automatic Renewal

Kentina Passport memberships are annual subscriptions. Your membership will automatically renew each year on your billing anniversary date at the then-current rate for your tier, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

In accordance with California’s Automatic Renewal Law (Business & Professions Code § 17600 et seq.), Kentina Hospitality discloses the following:

  • Your subscription will automatically renew annually until cancelled.
  • You will be charged the annual membership fee to the payment method on file at the time of each renewal.
  • You will receive a renewal reminder by email at least 30 days before your billing date.
  • You may cancel at any time by contacting info@kentinahospitality.com prior to your renewal date.

Cancellation

To cancel your Kentina Passport membership, contact us at info@kentinahospitality.com before your next renewal date. Include your name and the email address associated with your account.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current membership year. You will retain access to all Passport benefits through the remainder of your paid term. Cancellations submitted after your renewal date has passed will apply to the following year.

Refunds

Annual membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has begun, except where required by California law.

If you believe you were charged in error or did not receive adequate notice of an automatic renewal, contact us within 30 days of the charge at info@kentinahospitality.com. We will review and resolve eligible disputes promptly.

The Explorer (free) tier has no fee and is not subject to billing or refund terms.

Non-Transferability

Kentina Passport memberships are personal and non-transferable. Benefits, points, and discounts are tied to the individual account holder and may not be shared, gifted, sold, or redeemed by any other person. Founding Member numbers are permanent and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Points, Discounts & Benefits

Passport benefits including earned points, tier discounts, and member perks are provided as a reward for membership and are subject to the following:

  • Points hold no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.
  • Points and discounts apply only to eligible purchases at participating Kentina Hospitality properties and are subject to availability.
  • Benefits vary by membership tier (Explorer, Voyager, Connoisseur) and are described in full on your account dashboard at kentinahospitality.com.
  • Kentina Hospitality reserves the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue specific benefits with reasonable notice to members. Core membership access will not be materially reduced mid-term without the option to cancel.
  • Points do not carry over beyond 24 months of account inactivity and will be forfeited upon membership cancellation.
  • Midweek double-point promotions and any limited-time benefit offers are subject to their own terms and availability windows.

Account & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to hold a Kentina Passport membership. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for any activity associated with your account. Membership access may be suspended for violation of these terms or any applicable Kentina Hospitality property rules.
