1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any Kentina Hospitality website, including kentinahospitality.com, staykentina.com, danzadelsolwinery.com, masiadelavinya.com, galwaydowns.com, nativefalls.com, and crosscreekgolfclub.com (collectively, the “Websites”), and any products, services, bookings, purchases, communications, or transactions offered or facilitated by Kentina Hospitality or any of its five properties.
By accessing any Website, scheduling services, making a reservation, purchasing products, submitting information, or otherwise engaging with Kentina Hospitality, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Websites or services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Websites and services. For wine purchases, wine club enrollment, or any alcohol-related transaction through Danza del Sol Winery or Masia de la Vinya Winery, you must be at least 21 years of age.
By using our services or completing any purchase, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Services and Properties
Kentina Hospitality operates five distinct hospitality properties in Temecula Valley, California:
- Danza del Sol Winery: winery, tasting room, wine club, and event venue on the De Portola Wine Trail
- Masia de la Vinya Winery: boutique winery, tasting room, wine club, and event venue on the De Portola Wine Trail
- Galway Downs: 240-acre equestrian center, event venue, and lodging
- Native Falls: campground, cabin lodging, and outdoor recreation
- Cross Creek Golf Club: golf course and event venue
All services and products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for lawful reasons at our sole discretion. Descriptions of services, menus, programming, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
4. Reservations, Pricing, and Payment
Pricing for accommodations, events, tee times, and other services will be disclosed at the time of booking. The Company reserves the right to require deposits or full payment in advance of service.
For private events at any Kentina Hospitality property, minimum spend requirements and deposit terms will be outlined in a separate written event agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in that agreement.
All wine, merchandise, and product purchases through Danza del Sol Winery or Masia de la Vinya Winery are subject to applicable California sales tax and, where required, California Beverage Container Recycling fees (CA CRV).
Failure to make timely payment may result in reservation cancellation, service suspension, or collection action as permitted by law.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Lodging Cancellations (Galway Downs and Native Falls)
In accordance with California Senate Bill 644, effective July 1, 2024, guests who book accommodations at Galway Downs or Native Falls have the right to cancel within 24 hours of booking confirmation and receive a full refund, provided the reservation was made at least 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be issued within 30 days.
Beyond the 24-hour window, cancellation policies vary by property, rate type, and season, and will be disclosed at the time of booking. Non-refundable rates are clearly identified prior to purchase.
Golf Cancellations (Cross Creek Golf Club)
Tee time cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. No-shows and same-day cancellations may be charged the full tee time rate. Event bookings at Cross Creek Golf Club are subject to the cancellation terms stated in the applicable event agreement.
Wine Club Cancellations (Danza del Sol Winery and Masia de la Vinya Winery)
Wine club members may cancel membership by contacting the applicable winery at least 30 days prior to the billing date for the next scheduled wine club release. Cancellations received less than 30 days before billing may result in the final shipment being processed and charged before cancellation takes effect.

Tasting Room and Event Cancellations
Tasting room reservations cancelled at least 48 hours in advance will not be charged a cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or no-shows, may be charged a per-person fee as disclosed at the time of booking. Private event deposits are governed by the applicable event agreement.
General Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing, completed services are non-refundable. Wine orders that have been fulfilled and shipped are non-refundable except where required by law or where a product is defective or damaged in transit.
6. Alcohol Purchase Terms
All alcohol-related purchases through Danza del Sol Winery and Masia de la Vinya Winery are subject to the following conditions:
- Purchasers must be 21 years of age or older. Age verification is required at point of purchase and at delivery.
- All wine is for personal consumption only and may not be resold without the appropriate license.
- Kentina Hospitality reserves the right to limit quantities and decline orders at its discretion.
- Direct-to-consumer wine shipments are available only in states where permitted by law. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify that their state allows inbound DTC wine shipments.
- All wine shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. We recommend shipping to a business address where an adult is available to sign.
- Containers are labeled as required by California law, including the Surgeon General warning, sulfite disclosure, CA CRV, and shipment labeling requirements.
On-site alcohol service at all Kentina Hospitality properties is conducted in compliance with California ABC regulations and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) requirements. We do not serve alcohol to individuals who are visibly intoxicated or who cannot provide valid proof of age.
7. Customer Responsibilities
By using any Kentina Hospitality service or Website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when making reservations, purchases, or submitting inquiries
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those governing alcohol consumption and possession
- Respect all posted rules and regulations at each Kentina Hospitality property
- Follow all equestrian safety guidelines at Galway Downs events
- Not misuse or interfere with any Website, system, or service
Guests are responsible for the conduct of all members of their party while on Kentina Hospitality property. Kentina Hospitality reserves the right to remove any guest from its properties for disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior without refund.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use any Kentina Hospitality Website for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with or circumvent security features of any Website
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful materials
- Misrepresent your identity or age
- Resell alcohol purchased through Danza del Sol Winery or Masia de la Vinya Winery without appropriate licensure
- Purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol for anyone under 21 years of age
Violation of this section may result in cancellation of reservations or orders, removal from property, termination of account access, and potential legal action.
9. Intellectual Property
All Website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, photography, wine label artwork, software, and design elements, is the property of Kentina Hospitality, the applicable individual property, or their respective licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from Kentina Hospitality.
10. SMS and Electronic Communications
By providing your phone number or email address to Kentina Hospitality, you consent to receive service-related and, where applicable, marketing communications. SMS communications are governed by our Privacy Policy and the SMS Consent terms published on our Websites.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Kentina Hospitality does not currently send alcohol-related promotional SMS messages for Danza del Sol Winery or Masia de la Vinya Winery. If this changes, a separate opt-in will be required.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kentina Hospitality and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:
- Use of any Kentina Hospitality Website
- Reservations, accommodations, events, or services provided
- Delays or interruptions in service
- Equestrian activities or events at Galway Downs
- Errors or omissions in content
- Third-party actions or platform failures
Kentina Hospitality’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations; in such cases, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
All Kentina Hospitality Websites and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Kentina Hospitality disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of information. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kentina Hospitality, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of any Kentina Hospitality Website or property
- Your breach of applicable laws, including alcohol purchase and consumption laws
- Your negligence or misconduct
14. Third-Party Services
Our Websites may contain links to or integrate third-party services, including booking platforms, payment processors, mapping tools, and social media platforms. Kentina Hospitality is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or performance of third-party services. Your use of third-party platforms is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.
15. Force Majeure
Kentina Hospitality shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, public health emergencies, fire, extreme weather events affecting the Temecula Valley, labor disputes, utility failures, or acts of God. In such cases, we will work with guests and customers in good faith to reschedule or provide credit where possible.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of any Kentina Hospitality Website or service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Riverside County, California.
Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise required by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits your right to file a complaint with applicable regulatory agencies, including the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) or the California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA).
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Modifications to Terms
Kentina Hospitality reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected by revising the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Continued use of any Website or service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Accessibility Statement, and any written service or event agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kentina Hospitality regarding use of our Websites and services.
